Mailing pack thanking supporters
I was tasked by the Supporter Experience Team at Cancer Research UK to create a mailing pack which was sent to supporters who had reached the milestone of supporting Cancer Research UK for five years.
I came up with concept of using five milestones as the theme throughout the mailer to give the pack a more personalised and relevant feel. The main part of the pack was a leaflet that opened to reveal the story of Emma's cancer survival. It also continued the theme of five by juxtaposing five moments of Emma's story alongside five major research breakthroughs.
The pack was positively received by supporters leading to another three versions being created to celebrate different supporter milestones.
